Compared to other meats, game meat is higher in protein and lower in fat.  Game birds also supply significantly more potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and B Vitamins than regular meats.  We are delighted to announce that Nichola Fletcher, author, lecturer and food demonstrator will be taking us through a 6 course dinner, prepared and cooked by Andrew May, the Scottish Chef of the Year 2009, and his staff, at The Dalmore Inn & Restaurant, Blairgowrie.

The menu will feature game birds, fish, venison and rabbit as well as a wealth of local produce.
