We are delighted to announce that Nichola Fletcher, author, lecturer and food demonstrator will be taking us through a 6 course dinner, prepared and cooked by Andrew May, the Scottish Chef of the Year 2009, and his staff, at The Dalmore Inn & Restaurant, Blairgowrie.
